Should I arrive a few minutes before my scheduled massage time?
Yes, if you are a new client please arrive a few minutes early to fill out a health intake form, and to discuss with your therapist what you’d like to focus on.
Do you have a late Policy?
Yes, if you are late to your session we will do our best to accommodate you for the time you have left without penalizing the following client. You will still be charged the full amount for the session.
Do you have a cancellation Policy?
Yes, we do have a cancellation policy. If you do not give at least 24 hour notice, you will be charged for the session.
Can I purchase gift certificates?
Yes, gift certificates are available.
Members may purchase gift certificates at discounted membership rates.
Gift Certificates expire 1 year from purchase date.
Due to the nature of our business refunds will not be given for massage services or gift certificates
